For your convenience, please find below a calendar of routinely scheduled hearings for matters of the Court. You may request a hearing online for the following types of hearings*:
- Irreconcilable Differences Divorces
- Default Divorces
- Uncontested Adoptions (including Adult Adoptions and Stepparent Confirmatory Adoptions)
- Default Adoptions
You will be notified within 24 business hours if your hearing date has been confirmed.
*Orders to Set in the above types of hearings must be filed and sent to opposing parties 11 days before the scheduled hearing date, or 14 days if the hearing is a default final hearing. Before scheduling, please ensure there is enough time to do so.
Please note: Child Support Services, Show Cause, and Contempt Divorce Hearings are set by the Court. If you have any questions regarding this, you may call 615-862-5910 or email fourthcircuitwebteam@jisnashville.gov.
Motion hearings are set upon filing in the Clerk’s Office.
