Request a Hearing with Fourth Circuit Court – Trial Courts of Metropolitan Nashville & Davidson County

If you would like to request a hearing online, please use the calendar to check availability for the following types of hearings*:

Irreconcilable Differences Divorces
Default Divorces
Uncontested Adoptions (including Adult Adoptions and Stepparent Confirmatory Adoptions)
Default Adoptions

You will be notified within 24 business hours of whether your hearing date has been confirmed or not.

*Orders to Set in the above types of hearings must be filed and sent to opposing parties 11 days before the scheduled hearing date. Before scheduling, please ensure there is enough time to do so.

Please note: Child Support Services, Show Cause, and Contempt Divorce Hearings are set by the Court. If you have any questions regarding this, you may call 615-862-5910 or email fourthcircuitwebteam@jisnashville.gov.

Motion hearings are set upon filing in the Clerk’s Office.
